Interaction style
Cursor-based: move, magnetize, grab a specific card.
Enable webcam first, then hold your hand comfortably where you want to work and click Calibrate.
• 🖐️ Open palm ~0.6s to activate control — camera ignores everything else until then
• Move your hand to move the cursor (trackpad-style)
• Get near a card and it magnetizes — snaps to its shape
• ✊ Close your hand into a fist to grab it
• Move over a column and open your hand to drop it — it lands in the slot you released it over
• Drop it back in the same column at a different height to reorder (fire this ticket next)
• Hover the ▲ / ▼ strip at the top or bottom of a list — it scrolls, faster the longer you rest there. Works while carrying a card, so you can drop into a slot that's scrolled out of view
• Fast swipe left/right over a card — bumps it to the next/prev column instantly, no grab needed
• 👎 Thumbs-down ~0.4s (or shake your hand left-right-left) — undoes the last move, no aiming needed
• Mouse drag-and-drop still works normally

No cursor to aim. The screen splits into 3 zones (New / Cooking / Ready). Big, coarse gestures anywhere in a zone — no precision needed.

💡 Tired arm? Rest your elbow/forearm on the counter — the cursor tracks relative motion, so it works fine held low, not just up in the air. Bump Sensitivity up so smaller hand movements go further, and lean on swipe (a quick flick) instead of grabbing — no holding required.
